The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Total Rewards to lead the development, and management of our global compensation strategies. Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards. You will help ensure our reward programmes are competitive, equitable, and aligned with QVC\\\'s goals. This is your chance to make a significant impact, driving innovation and best practice across multiple markets. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, and you must be free to start no later than the 5th January 2026; you should also be able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Your Impact
You will lead and inspire a team of Total Rewards professionals, promoting a high-performing and inclusive environment
You will partner with business and People leaders to implement compensation and benefits strategies that support our global and local needs
You\'ll provide expert guidance on compensation programmes, ensuring understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and QVC\\\'s strategic goals
You will oversee the design, governance, and compliance of benefits programmes across multiple regions, identifying opportunities for cooperation and scale
You\'ll drive complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring change management and stakeholder engagement
You will conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking to keep QVC at the forefront of reward improvement
You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure governance and budget adherence

You have extensive experience in compensation and benefits design, with experience leading teams
You\'ll have expertise in international total rewards, with knowledge of practices across the UK, Europe, Japan, and China
You will have strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions
You are an inspirational leader, with experience in building, motivating, and developing remote teams
You will have experience working in a matrix environment and navigating cultural differences
Experience with continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering results with speed
You will have a Bachelor\\\'s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field; or a Master\\\'s degree in a similar field
