Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Care Team in Knowsley as a Call Centre Representative.
Hourly Pay: £13.81 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time
Work Hours: On Call Evenings Monday - Sunday: 17:00-23:00, with 2 weeks' notice of shift.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, resolve complex inquiries, and promote brand advocacy.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure overall success.
- Achieve individual performance targets.
- Participate in four weeks of training to prepare for the role.
Candidate Requirements:
- Desire to deliver first-class customer service.
- Ownership of performance and continuous improvement.
- Ability to engage with customers and colleagues positively.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions.
- Proficiency in computer use.
