Where You’ll Work
Work from home approach (minimum of first 3 months working onsite). We aim to provide a flexible workplace where you can enjoy a combination of home and office-based working. Your leader will discuss what options we have available and what will work best for you and the business.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming friendly voice of QVC and provide world‑class customer service. You will handle inbound customer calls, resolving customers’ often complex enquiries while driving brand advocacy.
- Work as part of a team to ensure our overall success and achieve individual performance targets.
- Receive a supportive onboarding experience, including four weeks of training.
