We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Care Team in Knowsley as a Call Centre Representative.

Hourly Pay

£13.81 per hour

Work Hours

  • On Call Days Monday – Sunday: 07:00-18:00, with 2 weeks\’ notice of shift.

Role Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the welcoming, friendly voice of QVC, passionate about delivering world-class customer service. Your responsibilities include handling inbound customer calls, resolving complex enquiries, and driving brand advocacy. You will work as part of a team to ensure overall success and meet individual performance targets. A supportive onboarding process, including four weeks of training, will prepare you for success.

Candidate Requirements

  • A desire to deliver first-class customer service
  • Ownership of performance and continuous improvement
  • Ability to engage with customers and colleagues, fostering a people-focused culture
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
  • Proficiency in using a computer

Work From Home Policy
