Your Opportunity, Your Team
As a graduate at QVC UK, you will be at the heart of a very different approach to retail. We sell on TV, across digital and on social, not in store, and that makes life so much more dynamic. Over the 12‑month Graduate Scheme, you will be integrated into our buying and merchandising environment. You will have exposure across many other areas, including our e‑commerce, non‑live, and broadcasting teams, across the year. We’ll give you full exposure to our business. You’ll start with a panoramic view of the business and then apply your skills and energy where they’re best suited. You will rotate to experience our three main buying teams during your year with us, in Home, Fashion and Beauty. You will learn about how and what it takes to be a buyer at QVC, learning about a retail product lifecycle and working with vendors and brand management. You will report in to the Merchandising Training Specialist, who will support you along with an assigned Mentor and Buddy for extra support throughout your year.
Where You’ll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our head office in Chiswick Park, West London 2 days per week.
What You’ll Bring
- You’ve already obtained (in the last two years) or are in the final year of your degree with work experience whether through placements, internships, or university.
- Trend aware, you’ll be passionate about products and working in a retail head office, putting our customer at the centre of all you do.
- You will demonstrate that you are self‑motivated and flexible in your approach to learning about our business.
- You’ll have the confidence to communicate with your team and the wider business.
- Ability to think entrepreneurially and put your hand up when there’s an opportunity to get involved in a new project.
- Good PC skills, Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Ability to present to your team or the wider business.
If you can bring all that, there’s a clear path for you to progress and develop, and we’ll help you on the way.
