The Fashion Stylist supports QVC UK, and creates compelling on-air and digital fashion styling that brings products to life and drives sales.
Where You'll Work
This role will be onsite and based in Chiswick Park, West London. You will be required to work on a shift pattern that will include some weekends.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and style fashion apparel and accessory shows across live and pre-recorded QVC TV broadcasts.
- Create inspiring outfits that showcase the brand's strong identity and ethos while keeping our customer at the heart of our decision making.
- Maintain strong relationships with designers and on-air talent.
- Support sales performance with cross promotion and upselling across other brands.
- Enhance the overall on-air store front by collaborating with the backstage team, ensuring a consistently high standard.
- Have excellent time management, be a team player and be able to work well under pressure in the fast-paced TV studio environment.
- Coordinate multiple models throughout shows, working closely with the backstage and production teams on head set.
- Be responsible for daily housekeeping, making sure beauty outfits and jewellery outfits are cleaned and ready for models to wear on air.
- Create HMU guides for fashion events.
- Possibility for upskilling in model booking, e-commerce and content styling upon achieving a certain level of performance.
What You'll Bring
- Fashion-related qualification at GNVQ, Diploma level, or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in fashion retail, styling, media, or broadcast environments.
- Strong organisational skills, creative flair, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with presenters, guests, designers, models, and cross-functional production teams.
- A strong eye for detail and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate brand identity into compelling, sales-driving styling choices.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain high standards, and ensure consistent preparation and execution across live, pre-recorded, and digital content.
