The Social Media Manager supports QVC UK, leading our social media and social commerce strategy to lead commercial performance, customer engagement and brand love across all owned social platforms. You will sit within our Social Commerce team and play a pivotal part in shaping how customers experience QVC through social, from discovery and inspiration to live shopping and purchase. You will lead a talented, multi‑disciplinary team while working with Digital Trading, Marketing, Broadcast and Brand partners to create measurable growth.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, London, 2 days a week minimum. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.
What You’ll Do
- You will lead and deliver the QVC UK social media and social commerce strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Podcast, ensuring alignment to our goals and brand priorities.
- You’ll lead, coach and develop the Social Media team, setting clear goals, and ways of working.
- You will lead social commerce and live shopping activity across Meta and TikTok Shop, balancing brand, engagement and commercial outcomes.
- You will build partnerships with Digital Trading, Performance Marketing, Marketing, Broadcast and Brand teams to support growth, revenue and innovation.
- You will take ownership of social budgets, performance reporting and insights, using data to inform strategy, optimisation and investment decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- You will bring proven experience leading social media and social commerce activity in a commercial environment, with hands‑on experience of paid social and analytics.
- You will have demonstrated people management experience, including leading and developing teams of three or more.
- Experience with social platforms, social commerce models and livestream shopping.
- You will have a commercial mindset with experience meeting engagement, growth and revenue‑based goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to turn insight into clear action.
