The Opportunity

Are you a merchandising professional with a strategic mindset and leadership expertise? QVC UK is looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our Category Planning, Multi-Channel Programming, Airtime Allocation, and Go-To-Market (GTM) Events strategy. Reporting to the Director of planning, Progamming & CPM, You will need, not just a deep understanding of merchandising but also the ability to foster collaboration across teams, drive results with agility, and propel QVCs mission forward through impactful leadership.

• You will strategically manage the multichannel merchandising plan, define airtime strategies, and lead the GTM and events planning with a customer-centric vision.

• You will influence the overall commercial roadmap, steering cross-functional collaboration to maximise success.

What You Bring

• Professional Experience:experience in merchandising, with first-hand leadership experience.

• Skills:Strategic planning, strong analytical and organisational skills, exceptional communication capabilities, and an ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge:Proficiency in MS-Office is essential, particularly Excel (can write advanced macros);
