The Junior Category Planning Merchandiser supports QVC UK's commercial side of our business. You’ll support the strategic planning and commercial success of our product categories, shaping the future of our business. You’ll work with Merchandising, Buying, and Planning teams, ensuring our commercial roadmap is robust and aligned with QVC's vision.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our head office in Chiswick Park, West London, two days a week.
You will help develop and implement brand and show plans, considering key performance indicators (KPIs) from budget planning through to execution. You will help optimise and communicate detailed airtime plans, ensuring the right product mix and allocation for live shows. You will collaborate with teams to analyse category performance, identify opportunities, and inform commercial strategies. You’ll prepare and evaluate forecasts, reporting insights to senior leaders to guide decisions. You will help plan and analyse Today’s Special Value (TSV) rotations, updating our roadmap and supporting productivity targets.
You will have analytical and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will have a collaborative approach. You will be a confident decision-maker, able to take ownership of your area. You will be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. You will have experience in a retail merchandising environment.
