The Product Preparation Assistant supports QVC UK, ensuring all products are available, prepared and presented to the highest standard for both on‑air and off‑air broadcast and digital output. Working within the Show Control environment, this role is essential to delivering a smooth live production experience. You will take pride in product quality, accuracy and readiness, supporting presenters, production teams and buyers to bring products to life for our customers.
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Show Control warehouse and studio location daily. This role includes shift work, aligned to live broadcast schedules, which may include early starts, late finishes and weekend working.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and test products for QVC's broadcast and web output, ensuring all production requirements are met.
- Collect, account for and return all product samples following on‑air presentation, re‑boxing and relocating items as required.
- Identify and resolve product and inventory discrepancies, ensuring all on‑air items match their inventory descriptions.
- Provide product information and practical support to studio floor teams, presenters and guest talent.
- Communicate effectively with buyers and vendors to ensure products are available and ready in time for scheduled broadcasts.
