The Photography Studio Coordinator supports QVC International, coordinating photography studio production to deliver high quality imagery across QVC’s digital and broadcast platforms.
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Chiswick Park office daily.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for all photography imagery requests, coordinating workloads across photographers and stylists to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage end to end studio production for product imagery, including TSVs, key lines and ad hoc shoots across beauty, fashion, accessories and home.
- Create clear visual briefs, organise samples, studio space and resources, and ensure imagery aligns to brand and style guidelines.
- Coordinate specialist shoots including bedding and food, booking crew and studios, liaising with buyers and briefing teams on look, feel and timelines.
- Track samples and workflow through the studio, liaising closely with Product Central, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Proven photography production experience within a studio environment, ideally in a multi platform retail or content setting.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working cross functionally and managing stakeholders and vendors.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel, with good overall digital literacy.
