Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Digital Trading & Programming Manager supports QVC UK, and leads the programming, trading and optimisation of QVC UK's digital storefront across web, app and key digital entry points, ensuring a cohesive, high‑performing customer journey that delivers against commercial and engagement goals.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London, 2 days per week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
What You'll Do
- You will own and deliver the digital trading and content calendar across web and app, with primary accountability for the homepage, daily hero offers (including TSVs) and other high‑impact non‑category pages.
- Lead strategic digital real estate planning, balancing inspirational storytelling with commercial priorities to drive conversion, AOV, digital share and trading KPIs.
- Act as the central digital liaison across broadcast programming, merchandising, marketing, social and content teams, translating business priorities into clear, timely digital execution.
- Analyse customer behaviour and performance using on‑site analytics, continually optimising entry points into the funnel through test‑and‑learn and data‑led decision making.
- Manage, coach and develop a digital programming team, setting clear priorities and building capability to consistently deliver against business goals.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital trading or omni‑channel retail, with clear ownership of commercial performance and KPIs.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including hands‑on experience using on‑site analytics tools (ideally Adobe) to drive optimisation and trading decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, content and production teams.
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a people‑first mindset and confidence working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
