- Your Opportunity, Your Team
- As the Guest Coordinator and Bookings, your role will be responsible for working across our business with key stakeholders ensuring that we have correct and up to date Guest availability based on the needs of the Programme schedules across our TV and social platforms.
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Media and Commerce Center in Chiswick Park, West London, 2 days per week.
What You'll Do
- The Guest Co-ordinator & Bookings will be responsible for ensuring the Guest has all the relevant information ahead of their shows, are booked onto all our internal systems so the business, and their support teams, are aware of their arrival to ensure we allocate relevant space and resource.
- To be a key point of contact for Guest Presenter schedule queries.
- Use judgement and knowledge of scheduling and of live production to effectively coordinate Guest Presenters, escalating complex issues/problems to the Talent Manager – Presenter & Guests as necessary.
- What You'll Bring
- Scheduling and administrative experience in an office environment, ideally within a Broadcasting environment.
- Awareness of scheduling software and its application is desirable.
- High level of organizational ability, able to juggle conflicting priorities and adapt to last minute changes, whilst retaining attention to detail within a time pressured environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential as well as the ability to think fast, influence and problem solve.
- Able to build relationships across our business network.
