The Opportunity

We are looking for a Buying Administrator to join our Buying team. It's a diverse role and every day is different. You will report to the buying manager and provide comprehensive administrative support to Buying Departments in managing PO amendments and bookings issues that require action by Supply Chain Operations, ensuring products are delivered in time to meet planned delivery and selling schedules. This is a hybrid role working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office in Chiswick Park, West London and 3 days a week from home.

Your Impact

  • Supply chain critical path management will be a large part of your daily tasks.
  • You will manage the process for all purchase order amendments and ensure that all required amendments are submitted and amended promptly.
  • You will be the contact for our vendor base for any bookings issues, ensuring communication with both internal and external customers.
  • You will have administrative experience within a head office environment, ideally within the Retail Industry.
  • It is important for you to have a high level of working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel; knowledge in SAP is desirable.
