We are looking for two Senior People Systems Analysts (fixed term contract), one with Kronos experience for up to 12 months FTC and one with experience of Workday or Service Now until the end of Dec 2026. You will be supporting QVC Group, playing an important role in shaping and optimising our People Technology landscape to deliver an excellent team member experience across the business. You will sit at the heart of our People Technology team, where you will partner closely with People leaders, Centres of Excellence and Technology colleagues to configure, enhance and support our HR systems specifically Kronos. You will combine deep system expertise with curiosity, agility and a strong customer mindset to help QVC deliver results with speed while building for the future.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our Liverpool office 2 days a week. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with People teams and Centres of Excellence to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable People Systems solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration and delivery of enhancements across our HR systems, especially expertise in Kronos.
- Provide expert production support, resolving system and data integrity issues while ensuring strong security, privacy and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Technology and external vendors on integrations, testing and secure data transfers.
- Create clear documentation and support materials, and act as a trusted contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems, ideally Kronos, Workday or Service Now.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sensitive data and a clear understanding of security, privacy and governance principles.
- Understanding of software design, deployment and change methodologies.
- Confidence to communicate complex technical information in a clear, accessible way.
