The Opportunity

At QVC, we are looking for a Project and Maintenance Services Contract manager to join our Knowsley CREWS team reporting into the CREWS manager. Using best practice project management principles, you will oversee the management and coordination of QVC UK's design and construction work, encompassing approximately 100,000m of space within the QVC UK portfolio.

Your Impact

  • You will be responsible for additions, expansions, or renovations of all sites, including offices, Fulfilment Centre, Contact Centre, Retail Store, Studios, and other spaces.
  • You will provide and be accountable for the specification development, business and planning analysis, budget development and spend management.
  • You will develop a network of third-party design, construction & project management partners in the UK Market.
  • You will manage and co-ordinate R&M workplace activities undertaken by supplier partners and with regular performance, safety and operational monitoring - ensuring the most cost effective and time sensitive service to QVC Knowsley with minimal disruption to business operations.
