The Associate A/B Testing Specialist supports QVC UK, and helps drive digital optimisation through A/B testing and eCommerce trading insight.

Work Environment

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and support the design, setup, validation, and delivery of test plans
  • Contribute to A/B testing and optimisation projects across multiple European markets, including the UK, Germany, and Italy
  • Analyse test performance and clearly communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Use analytics tools, including Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, to track performance, report on outcomes, and support data-led decision making
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, development, and analytics to improve customer engagement and conversion

Qualifications

  • Experience in A/B testing, ideally within an eCommerce or digital trading environment
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Experience using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and turn findings into actionable insight
  • Ability to manage multiple tests, timelines, and documentation accurately and simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be an advantage
  • A collaborative approach, with confidence working across teams and a genuine interest in continuous learning and optimisation best practice
