Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Senior People & Org Partner supports QVC International, and acts as the key local People partner to the business, helping deliver an outstanding team member experience and People priorities across the organisation.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2 days a week at our Chiswick Park office, West London.
What You'll Do
- Act as the key local point of contact for People-related matters, partnering closely with leaders, Centres of Excellence, and People colleagues to deliver aligned and effective People support.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on a range of People topics, helping to prioritise initiatives and enhance the team member experience across the full lifecycle.
- Support the delivery of core People processes and programmes, including performance and development reviews, talent review and succession planning, engagement activity, organisational development initiatives, and onboarding and offboarding activity.
- Use People data, metrics, and local business insight to identify priorities, inform decisions, and help shape practical solutions that meet business needs.
- Partner with Talent Planning & Acquisition, Team Member Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and other specialist teams to support the effective delivery of People solutions and local initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years’ business experience, ideally within Human Resources, Organisation Effectiveness, or a related field.
- Previous generalist HR experience as an HR Advisor or HR Partner, with the ability to guide and influence leaders up to and including Director level.
- Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently, use People data to inform decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
