Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Retention Marketing Specialist supports QVC UK, and plans and activates retention marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, sales and lifecycle performance. This role is for a 12 month maternity cover.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.

What You'll Do

  • You will own and deliver a section of the retention marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and aligned to retail priorities, strategic initiatives and customer lifecycle goals.
  • You'll plan and coordinate email campaigns with cross-functional teams including Creative, Copy, Design, Digital Trading, Buying, Planning and Project Management.
  • Support wider retention marketing activity across push notifications, SMS, print, postcards and brochures as projects evolve.
  • Partner closely with the Retention Analyst to review campaign performance, identify test-and-learn opportunities, and continuously optimise output and sales results.
  • Produce and share weekly and monthly performance reporting, turning campaign insight into clear recommendations for key stakeholders across the marketing team.

What You'll Bring

  • You have experience in retention marketing within a retail environment, with proven success driving customer count, engagement and spend.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management and marketing automation tools, with experience using data and insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels including email, and ideally exposure to SMS, push notifications and print.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex results into clear, actionable recommendations for a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Degree-level education in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience using AI for copy development and campaign optimisation would be advantageous.
