The Platform Content Creator supports QVC UK, and creates engaging live and pre-recorded content across TV, digital and social platforms to drive customer engagement and sales.

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park office 2 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver engaging live and pre-recorded video content across QVC platforms, helping to grow views, engagement and incremental sales.
  • Produce self-generated content from idea through to execution, including planning, scripting, filming, editing and publishing.
  • Support live shopping and social selling activity, including emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop.
  • Moderate and engage with online communities during selected live shows, ensuring conversations reflect QVC values and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Broadcasting, Digital & Social Media, Platform Strategy, Merchandising and Planning to deliver content in line with briefs, timelines and business goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience creating and monetising social media content across multiple platforms, with strong knowledge of current and emerging channels including Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience producing content using iPhone technology and a broad understanding of video production for social media and live content.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to create compelling content that supports engagement and sales performance.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of TV production, social trends, and the QVC brand, with the agility to work at pace and adapt to new production techniques and platforms.
