Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Senior Manager – Digital Store (Web and App) supports QVC UK, leading the strategy and execution of our digital commerce channels to drive commercial growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll be a key member of the Platforms, Digital Store team, working closely with commercial and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of QVC's app and website.

Where You’ll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London 2 days per week. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.

What You’ll Do

  • You will provide strong leadership to the Digital Store trading teams, setting high standards for performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • You’ll drive digital strategy and execution, ensuring our app and website deliver a compelling customer journey and meet commercial targets.
  • You will oversee digital promotions, activity schedules, and BAT (Buy Anytime Transactions) forecasting, working closely with Planning and Buying teams.
  • You’ll continuously review and optimise digital execution, benchmarking against competitors to ensure QVC remains agile and innovative.
  • You will champion best practice, coaching and developing team members to create a high-performing and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proven experience in digital sales management, retail, or global merchandising at a senior level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
