The Opportunity
We are looking for a Buying / Merchandising Administrator to join our Buying team in our accessories department. It's a diverse role and when we say that no two days are ever the same we are not kidding! Reporting to the buying manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Buying Team. This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 2 days in our Chiswick Park Office in West London.
Your Impact
- Supply chain critical path management will be a large part of your daily responsibilities.
- You will manage the process for all purchase order amendments and ensure that all required amendments are submitted and amended promptly.
- You will be the contact for our vendor base for any booking issues, looking after internal and external customers.
What You Bring
- You will have administrative experience within a head office environment and within the Retail Industry.
- You will have knowledge of SAP and Excel (can perform pivot tables and V-lookups).
- You will have an enthusiastic approach to work.
- You will manage your own workload within a 'live' commercial environment. Due to the pace of the environment, a high level of attention to detail is also essential!
