Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Graduate AI Business Development Executive supports QVC Group, and helps bring AI-powered solutions to market through strong positioning, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activity. This is a 12-month graduate development opportunity designed to provide structured learning, hands-on project exposure, and practical experience across AI go to market activity, training, internal marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of go to market plans for AI use cases and apps, treating each solution as its own product with a clear audience, value proposition, and adoption strategy.
- Help create compelling commercial materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, business cases, onboarding guides, FAQs, walkthroughs, and training content.
- Contribute to internal marketing activity across QVC Group, including newsletters, intranet content, demo materials, case studies, and success stories to drive awareness and adoption.
- Support discovery sessions, demos, workshops, training sessions, and drop-in clinics to help colleagues understand and confidently use AI products.
- Track and report on adoption metrics, campaign performance, training engagement, and commercial impact, supporting regular updates for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build a strong understanding of the AI use cases and apps being developed across QVC Group, including their business value, target users, and practical application.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into clear, commercially focused messaging tailored to different business functions and seniority levels.
- Work closely with the AI Lead and Senior Manager, AI (Automation) Transformation & Adoption to support projects that increase awareness, engagement, and measurable value from the AI portfolio.
- Gather user feedback and insights to continuously improve training materials, onboarding approaches, and communication plans.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across teams including Digital, Trading, Marketing, Buying, Finance, Customer Services, Learning and Development, and senior market stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- You will have just graduated in a degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject such as Business, Marketing, Technology, Data Science, or a similar field within the last 3 years.
- A genuine interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and commercial business development, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Good PC literacy, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, alongside strong analytical and numerical skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and marketing collateral for different audiences.
- Strong commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how AI solutions deliver value across a business.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, CRM platforms, project management tools, or video editing software would be an advantage.
- You will be successful in this role if you bring strengths in business acumen, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, planning and organising, communication and storytelling, creative content development, analytical proficiency, and collaboration.
