Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant supports QVC Group Global Business Services, and provides high-level executive and administrative support to VP and Director level.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Knowsley, Liverpool two days a week.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-level executive support to one or more senior leaders, helping to ensure priorities are managed efficiently and effectively
• Proactively manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, presentations and reports
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
• Support departmental activities and projects, ensuring strong administrative coordination and effective day-to-day operations
• Help maintain smooth team and departmental coverage, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and use sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of word processing, presentation, meeting scheduling, email management and spreadsheet software
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues and external contacts at all levels
