The Customer Service representative supports our Customer Care Team in Knowsley and works in a hybrid model with the first 3 months onsite and thereafter a flexible mix of home and office.

Hours & Shift Details
On Call Days Monday – Sunday: 10:00‑20:00, with 2 weeks notice of shift.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming friendly voice of QVC
- Providing world‑class customer service
- Handling inbound customer calls and resolving complex enquiries
- Driving brand advocacy
- Working towards individual performance targets within a team setting
- Participating in a supportive onboarding experience that includes four weeks of training
Qualifications
- Desire to deliver a first‑class customer service experience
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
- Computer proficiency required (experience using a computer)
