About the Role
Customer Service Representative supports the Customer Care Team in Knowsley, providing high quality customer service via inbound calls.
Location & Working Mode
Work from home approach (minimum first 3 months on site). Combination of home and office based working under discussion.
Contract & Schedule
Permanent Full‑time contract, on call evenings Monday‑Sunday: 15:00‑23:00, with 2‑week notice of shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming friendly voice and deliver world‑class customer service.
- Resolve complex customer enquiries and drive brand advocacy.
- Work as part of a team to meet overall and individual performance targets.
- Participate in a four‑week onboarding and training programme.
Qualifications
- Desire to deliver first‑class customer service experience.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions.
- Proficient with computer usage.
