Role Summary: Senior People Systems Analyst (fixed-term contract) – two positions: one with Kronos experience for up to 12 months, another with Workday or ServiceNow experience until end of Dec 2026. The analyst supports QVC Group's People Technology landscape, delivering an excellent team member experience across the business.
Location and Working Arrangements: This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the Liverpool office 2 days per week. On‐site days are predetermined and standard across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with People teams and Centres of Excellence to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable People Systems solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration and delivery of enhancements across HR systems, with strong expertise in Kronos.
- Provide expert production support, resolving system and data‐integrity issues while ensuring strong security, privacy and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Technology and external vendors on integrations, testing and secure data transfers.
- Create clear documentation and support materials, acting as a trusted contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems, ideally Kronos, Workday or ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- Experience working with sensitive data and a clear understanding of security, privacy and governance principles.
- Understanding of software design, deployment and change methodologies.
- Confidence to communicate complex technical information in a clear, accessible way.
