Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Digital Store Trading Assistant supports QVC UK, and plays a key role in providing day to day trading and administrative support to the Digital Store Trading team, helping to deliver a high quality, engaging online shopping experience.
Where You’ll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park 2 days a week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Digital Store Trading team, working closely with the Digital Store Trader.
- Create and track content briefs, supporting the end to end QA process for assigned areas of the website.
- Complete daily checks of website pages to ensure content, publishing schedules and standards of excellence are met.
- Run regular reporting using preset tools and share insights on performance, errors and on site search behaviour with relevant teams.
- Support daily trading activity by executing trade requests, tracking shopping lists and ensuring products are live with the correct stock, copy and imagery.
- Set up cross sell products, category recommendations, special groupings and promotional scripts using in house systems.
- Maintain trackers and lists to support feature planning and promotional execution, alongside ad hoc projects as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid administrative experience, ideally within a head office, retail or fast paced commercial environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and adapt quickly in a live trading environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative team focused mindset.
- A flexible, proactive approach with the confidence to work independently while supporting the wider team.
