Reporting directly into the CTO and working closely with all teams, you will be responsible for all aspects that a 'head of' would undertake, such as;
- Defining strategy for the business
- The overall technical direction
- Providing operational strategy
- Analysing and defining processes
- Working collaboratively with Pre-sales & sales to ensure equal focus
- Providing a strong technical direction in-line with the companies vision
You will need to have previously worked in a head of role and will have/be;
- Experienced in software management/leading teams
- Understanding of compliance and audits
- Degree educated
- Budget management
- Experience of modern cloud environments
