This is for a market-leading Software company based in Didcot. They do pay reviews every 6 months and have a very attractive benefits package.
You'll gain exposure to some test automation and for those showing promise you'll be trained up in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
The Senior Software Tester will be working closely with the Test Manager to assist with strategy, planning and overall execution of end to end testing and helping to suggest ways of improving processes. Having the ISTQB would be beneficial but not necessary, as long as you've got experience in complex manual testing.
The Software Testers will work collaboratively with the team of Engineers in an Agile environment, predominantly manually testing both desktop and web-based applications.
