Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope, ensuring project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
