INTERIM RESOURCES LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. This Full-Time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £64,000 per annum. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones, shaping our brand’s voice and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
  • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyse competitor activity.
  • Direct and coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, including digital, social media, content, and events.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for senior management.
