We are seeking a highly organised and passionate Events Manager to join our team in Christchurch, United Kingdom. This is a full-time position for a creative individual who thrives on bringing ambitious concepts to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring every detail is managed to perfection and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire event lifecycle from initial concept and planning through to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
  • Develop and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters.
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, staffing, and technical requirements.
  • Lead on-site event management to ensure a seamless and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive event branding and promotion.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
