Job Summary
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial, retail, industrial, or residential environments while ensuring compliance with UK electrical regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Test and certify electrical installations where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical installation or maintenance experience.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical schematics.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

- JIB Gold Card (Highly Preferred)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- ECS Card
