Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Property Showcasing & Advisory: Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers, clearly highlighting property features and benefits. Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.
- Sales Negotiation & Transaction Management: Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction. Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Performance & Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement. Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective property promotion. Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional lawful duties assigned by management.
Knowledge & Experience
Essential Requirements:
- Sales experience in a similar field
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai market
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
