We are seeking a skilled HR Technology Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce and Workday platforms, complemented by a keen interest in AI and Portal capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR leaders to understand business requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and drive the implementation of HR technology enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our HR function, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and intuitive portal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders to gain insights into organizational needs and pain points.
- Design and articulate comprehensive solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for implementing HR technology enhancements.
- Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and Workday platforms.
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Lead the design and development of self-service portals for employees and managers.

Desired Qualifications
