About us
Qureight’s mission is to accelerate clinical trials and ensure breakthroughs in lung and heart disease reach patients without delay. Our AI-powered data and imaging curation platform enables the analysis of clinical imaging and other healthcare data, helping our customers bring treatments to market, faster. We’re looking for talented people who want their work to matter. With offices in Cambridge and London, you’ll join our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists, and engineers. What unites us is our open culture, continuous learning mindset, and a shared mission to help biopharma run faster, smarter trials.
About the role
Qureight is building the operational backbone required to deliver at pace, without compromising on scientific rigour or regulatory compliance. We have strong commercial traction with global biopharma partners and the infrastructure, workflows and quality frameworks needed to support complex global trials. The next stage is to ensure that we continue to develop new disease AI models, turn these into commercial products and get them out of the door into our customers’ hands. This requires the entire company to be joined up and focused on the right tasks. We are therefore looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery through to commercial launch of AI-driven products across our clinical data and imaging platform. You will be a systems thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and iterative development. With strong communication skills and a bias towards execution and delivery, you will work at the intersection of:

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end AI project delivery
- Manage delivery of new ML-based products from research / prototyping to validation to release and deployment
- Support continuous maintenance and improvement of ML-based products
- Coordinate across ML, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams
- Design and manage the project budget
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery risk in a research-heavy environment
Bridge technical and clinical domains
- Translate between:
- ML engineers, data scientists and software and data engineering teams
- Clinicians and research partners
- External customers e.g. pharma, biotech, and CROs
Work with Product Management and QARA to ensure models are aligned with:
- Clinical use cases
- Regulatory and data constraints
Support model validation and real-world deployment
- Oversee:
- Data acquisition and licensing
- Procurement of cloud and tooling infrastructure
- Data readiness and quality workflows
- Model validation in clinical settings
- Integration into Qureight’s platform and trial workflows
Enable commercialisation of AI products
- Work with clinical and commercial teams to:
- Support customer pilots and deployments
- Support IP protection
- Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions
- Support marketing plans
Working closely with Product Management, help shape:
- Product specification
- Delivery models for pharma and clinical partners
Requirements
- A proven track record in project management, product delivery, or similar roles
- Proven experience in managing complex software and machine learning product development, bridging engineering and science disciplines.
- Strong understanding of:
- ML lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Data challenges (quality, bias, labelling)
- Familiarity with working in a regulated environment e.g. medical devices, healthcare, clinical trials etc.
- Experience in high-growth startups or scaleups
- Ability to connect technical delivery with business outcomes
- Ability to manage conflicting interests and constraints
- Ability to engage deeply with technical teams without being hands-on
Benefits
- A comprehensive benefits package that includes an annual bonus plan, private medical insurance, life insurance, and a contributory pension scheme
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and enhanced maternity leave
- A diverse work environment that brings together experts in many fields, including software engineering, devops, data science, machine learning, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations.
