About The Role
At Qureight, our HR team sits at the core of the employee lifecycle. We are entering an exciting phase of growth and expanding our headcount. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic individual who has just started in HR or is ready to take the leap into the profession. Joining our fast-paced, supportive team and reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will find endless opportunities to learn, develop, and grow your HR career.
What You Will Do
- Support daily HR operations, ensuring seamless support for the wider HR team.
- Manage vital administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR documentation and preparing employment contracts.
- Act as the first point of contact for the HR team alongside the HR Assistant.
- Onboarding: draft and issue contracts and offer letters, coordinate pre-employment right to work checks and references. Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for all new starters.
- Benefits: add new starters to our benefits scheme, act as the first point of contact for benefits queries and find ways to showcase our great benefits internally. Support employee wellbeing within the organisation, organising relevant cultural and social events.
- Employee variations: Create correspondence for all forms of variation e.g. a change in hours, a promotion etc. Update our HRIS HiBob and Box folders to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Data integrity and systems: Work with the HR Assistant to help build out our new HRIS HiBob, looking for ways to streamline current processes. Assist with testing workflows, building templates and reviewing the system for accuracy.
- Training: Book training, create training agreements and report training attendance.
- Employment law: Keep up to date with employment law changes and support policy updates where required.
- Offboarding: Process leavers i.e. issue all leaver documentation, update employment status on relevant HR systems/trackers, remove leavers from company benefits, and update payroll.
- HR documentation: Ensure all our HR documentation is filed, labelled and saved correctly to support with audit requests, data checking and GDPR laws.
