Qureight’s mission is to accelerate clinical trials and ensure breakthroughs in lung and heart disease reach patients without delay. Our AI-powered data and imaging curation platform enables the analysis of clinical imaging and other healthcare data, helping our customers bring treatments to market faster.

Qureight is entering a new phase of growth – accelerating our global biopharma partnerships, developing new disease AI models, and building the infrastructure to support a high-growth, data-driven business. We already have strong commercial traction in fibrotic lung disease and have ambitious plans to dominate the imaging CRO market for lung and heart clinical trials. We are therefore hiring our first Head of Marketing & Communications to build and lead the function from the ground up. This is a foundational role. We want you to turn Qureight’s complex science into a credible, investable, and commercially compelling story and then build the engine that gets that story in front of the right people. You will lead from the front, setting strategy while executing hands-on. For at least the first 6 months, you will be a team of one, with strong support from leadership and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own the full, end-to-end marketing/comms function, shape the brand of a fast-growing techbio company, and operate at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and commercial growth.

What you will do:

  • Define and own Qureight’s positioning and narrative: Craft a compelling, differentiated story across our AI/model work and our imaging CRO platform. Translate complex science and ML into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Build the marketing function from scratch: Develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy aligned with company growth goals. Define priorities across brand, content, PR and digital presence. Introduce metrics to drive decision making and ROI tracking. Lay the foundations for a future team: tools, processes, and brand guidelines, clear positioning and messaging frameworks. Select and manage external agencies and vendors where needed.
  • Elevate Qureight’s visibility and strengthen our reputation: Increase awareness among biopharma, investors and future recruits. Drive media coverage, thought leadership, conference presence and founder/executive profiling.
  • Support the commercial team with GTM and demand generation: Partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to define ICPs, build GTM strategy, develop sales materials and narrative, and drive partnerships, inbound leads and sales support. Help position Qureight’s offerings in a way that resonates with biopharma stakeholders. Support lead generation and sales enablement. Manage webinars and conferences.
  • Product and science storytelling (hands-on): Personally create and oversee: website content and updates, case studies, articles/whitepapers, blogs, thought leadership articles, social media presence (especially LinkedIn). Translate technical outputs into compelling commercial and clinical stories.
  • Investor and corporate communications: Support communications around fundraising, company milestones, strategic partnerships. Help shape messaging for board/investor updates, external announcements.

Requirements:

  • 7–12+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Experience owning or leading marketing in a biopharma, deep tech, or healthcare context.
  • Experience in an early-stage or scaling company.
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically (defining positioning, GTM) and tactically (executing content, campaigns, comms).
  • Exceptional ability to engage deeply with science and technology, simplify complex technical/scientific concepts, craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams.
  • Comfortable being a team of one and building from scratch.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience marketing to pharma/biotech customers.
  • Exposure to clinical trials or healthcare data.

Benefits:

  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes an annual bonus plan, private medical insurance, life insurance, and a contributory pension scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and enhanced maternity leave.
  • A diverse work environment that brings together experts in many fields, including software engineering, devops, data science, machine learning, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations.
