This full-time remote position involves developing, curating, and delivering educational content focused on quantum technologies. Responsibilities include designing training materials, conducting virtual and live training sessions, collaborating with industry experts, and ensuring content aligns with the latest advancements in quantum science. The role will also involve creating awareness about quantum cryptography and resources for individuals and organizations, as well as fostering engagement in the quantum community through workshops and outreach events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content development and management: Design, author, and curate educational materials (courses, workshops, webinars, digital resources) on quantum computing, algorithms, sensing, and communications.
  • Collaborate with quantum experts to maintain up-to-date, engaging content.
  • Oversee quality control and continuous improvement of training materials.
  • Adapt content for various formats, levels (beginner to advanced), and audiences (students, professionals, business leaders).
  • Training and delivery: Deliver live and virtual training sessions, including hands-on workshops, seminars, and custom client programs.
  • Foster interactive learning environments, adapting pedagogical approaches to audience needs.
  • Collect feedback and track participant progress to inform program enhancements.
  • Community building and engagement: Build and nurture relationships with the European and global quantum community.
  • Represent QURECA at conferences, symposia, and outreach events.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives with content creation (blog posts, articles, tutorials).
  • Strategic Input: Advise on new trends and opportunities in quantum education and workforce development.
  • Contribute to curriculum development for special projects and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research for specific projects.

Candidate profile:

  • Essential: Master’s or PhD (or equivalent experience) in physics, engineering, computer science, or other quantum-related field.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of quantum technologies (computing, cryptography, communications, or sensing).
  • Experience with quantum computing algorithms.
  • Strong instructional design and science communication skills.
  • Proven experience delivering technical training or teaching complex STEM topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native or fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong passion for education, workforce development, and knowledge bridging in quantum technologies.
  • Desirable: Experience with e-learning platforms or digital content management.
  • Familiarity with different levels of education, professional development, or industry upskilling.
