Business Analyst Remote (occasional national travel)

We're supporting a PE-backed energy services business operating at scale across the UK, delivering compliance and energy efficiency programmes in partnership with housing associations and local authorities. They're in the middle of a significant digital transformation and need an experienced Agile BA to help drive it forward. This will be an initial 3 month engagement with potential for extension.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running discovery workshops and capturing outputs in Miro.
  • Keeping the Jira backlog clear, prioritised, and sprint-ready.
  • Leading agile ceremonies.
  • Supporting UAT and user acceptance coordination.
  • Maintaining documentation in Confluence.
  • Translating complex requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven BA experience in agile or digital transformation environments running entire workstreams.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on with Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Sector experience in housing, energy, or compliance is a plus, as is IFS or Field Management Service experience.
