They’re looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to take real ownership of their telephony environment - driving stability, performance, and standardisation across a complex estate.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and improving enterprise telephony platforms
- Managing SIP, call routing, dial plans and IVRs
- Troubleshooting voice and call quality issues
- Leading migrations, consolidation, and integration work
- Working closely with vendors and internal teams
