They’re looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to take real ownership of their telephony environment - driving stability, performance, and standardisation across a complex estate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and improving enterprise telephony platforms
  • Managing SIP, call routing, dial plans and IVRs
  • Troubleshooting voice and call quality issues
  • Leading migrations, consolidation, and integration work
