Most sourcing roles have you chasing the same overworked LinkedIn profiles as everyone else. This one is different. We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team in London and help us place top-tier tech professionals - from software engineers to infrastructure specialists. You'll have the tools, autonomy, and support to do this properly.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Hybrid working — London base with genuine flexibility
  • Community-led sourcing — Slack groups, Discord servers, meetups, not just InMails
  • Room to build your profile in the London tech scene with full backing
  • Properly resourced — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, CV databases, and more
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers who genuinely value your input

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Sourcing passive and active candidates across a range of tech roles
  • Building real talent pipelines — not just reacting to open reqs
  • Embedding yourself in London tech communities so candidates know your name before they're even looking
  • Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver quality shortlists
  • Representing the brand at events, in online communities, and across niche forums

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience in a sourcing or resourcing role — agency or in-house
  • Strong Boolean search skills and a nose for finding passive candidates
  • Enough tech knowledge to talk credibly about the roles you're hiring for
  • Someone who builds relationships, not just pipelines
