We're hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our London team! This role is open to graduates and career-changers alike. If you're coming from retail, hospitality, sales, admin, or anything else - that's fine. We care far more about attitude and aptitude than your background. We'll teach you everything about tech recruitment. What we can't teach is the ability to talk to people, stay organised under pressure, and care about doing a good job well.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll source passive and active candidates across a range of tech roles - but more than that, you'll build pipelines before roles even open.
  • You'll embed yourself in London's tech communities so candidates know your name before they're looking.
  • You'll show up: at events, in online spaces, across niche forums.
  • And you'll partner with senior team members and hiring managers to deliver quality shortlists.

What we're looking for:

  • At least a year of work experience in any industry, or a degree in any discipline.
  • Enough curiosity about technology to hold a credible conversation about the roles you're hiring for (we'll get you there).
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Proactive, organised, and genuinely willing to learn fast.
  • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.

What's in it for you:

  • Hybrid working - London-based with genuine flexibility.
  • Full training and mentoring from day one - no recruitment experience needed.
  • Community-led sourcing - Slack groups, Discord servers and meetups.
  • Properly resourced - LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CV databases, and more.
  • Full backing to build your own profile and presence in the London tech market.
  • A team where recruiters and hiring managers actually value your input.
