A leading UK bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineering Leader. Youβll play a pivotal role in shaping the bankβs technology future β designing cutting-edge solutions, leading on complex programmes, and ensuring the platforms are resilient, secure, and world-class. Accountabilities
- Build Engineering β Design, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure and Salesforce solutions with measurable reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Incident Management β Proactively monitor system health, resolve outages or vulnerabilities, and use data insights to reduce mean time to resolution.
- Automation β Implement CI/CD pipelines and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Security β Ensure platforms are protected against threats, with robust governance and secure configurations.
- Collaboration β Partner with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver infrastructure requirements aligned to business strategy.
- Continuous Learning β Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to communities of practice and fostering technical excellence.

- Deep expertise in Salesforce data architecture, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio.
- Strong integration knowledge (APIs, ETL, asynchronous/event-driven patterns).
- Proficiency in Salesforce design patterns and scalable component-based development.
- UI/UX development aligned with accessibility and responsive design standards.
- Experience with AppExchange evaluations and build vs. buy decisions.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor, influence, and inspire both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
