US Market
Location: London (Hybrid)
Qurated is a rapidly scaling executive search firm working with industry-leading clients across Financial Services and Legal Services. We partner with the businesses shaping the future of their industries, helping them hire exceptional leaders and build high-impact teams.
We’re looking for an ambitious recent graduate or early career professional to join our executive search team, supporting the delivery of senior leadership and executive mandates across the US. Based in London, you’ll be working closely with our Partners, Consultants, and Researchers to identify, engage, and assess exceptional candidates for leadership roles across our key US clients.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who’s smart, curious, and ready to work hard. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to high-level hiring, learning directly from experienced search professionals while playing a meaningful role in executing real-time mandates.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting live executive searches focused on senior US-based roles
- Mapping relevant markets, building longlists, and researching organisations and industry moves.
- Using LinkedIn and other tools to identify senior talent aligned to client briefs.
- Supporting candidate outreach and engagement alongside senior team members.
- Preparing research packs, candidate summaries, and market intelligence.
- Collaborating with experienced Consultants and Researchers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
