We’re working with a leading UK residential real estate services group backed by a major European parent company and operating across multiple well-known brands. The business is in a high-growth, acquisition phase, with a strong focus on modernising and standardising its technology landscape, making this a great time to join and have real impact.
The Role
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who can take ownership of assigned projects in our multi-brand business, manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, and keep delivery moving without constant direction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technology projects across Emeria UK's multi-brand environment, taking accountability for outcomes, not just activity.
- Define and maintain project scope, plans, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring clarity on what is being delivered, by when, and at what cost.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, tracking spend against plan and flagging variances early.
- Identify, log, and actively manage risks and issues across your projects, escalating with a clear recommendation rather than just a problem.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders at the right level of detail - concise and commercial for senior audiences, specific and actionable for delivery teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of delivering technology projects end to end, with clear personal accountability for outcomes in a complex business environment.
- Experience managing technology change within multi-brand, multi-stakeholder organisations - residential property, financial services, or professional services backgrounds are advantageous.
- Experience delivering a range of technology project types including systems implementation, infrastructure change, and business transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - able to operate with business directors and operational teams in equal measure, maintaining credibility at both levels.
This is an initial 6 - 12 month FTC, with the vision to move to permanent. Paying up to £65,000.
