This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some post-uni experience under their belt who is now looking for a step that offers greater impact, faster growth, and long-term opportunity.

You'll join our Talent function, supporting the delivery of live projects, conducting research, building relationships, and supporting new business opportunities. As you grow, you'll have the chance to specialise in either Talent, Sales or PMO, allowing you to build a career that fits your strengths and ambitions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of client projects – from leadership hiring to interim solutions and talent strategy.
  • Conducting market research to understand client context, competitive landscape, and hiring trends.
  • Building relationships with senior professionals to understand their experience, motivations, and commercial value.
  • Contributing to client materials, insights, and project reporting.
  • Sharing insight across the team to inform commercial decisions and improve delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • A 2:1 degree (or equivalent), with 12–24 months of post-uni experience (grad scheme, internship, commercial role, or similar).
  • Demonstrated drive – academic, sporting, entrepreneurial, or other achievements that show ambition and follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Consistency, resilience, and attention to detail

What we offer:

  • £30,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
  • 25 days’ holiday (rising to 30), plus bank holidays
  • Vitality healthcare, enhanced mental health support, and half-price gym
  • Life assurance (2x salary) and People’s Pension Scheme
  • Structured training, clear career progression, and exposure to high-impact work from day one
