The role involves working directly with experienced search professionals on live executive searches across the UK and internationally. The work is focused on senior leadership hiring; mapping markets, engaging high-calibre candidates, and building a clear understanding of how top businesses structure and evolve their leadership teams.
You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting C-suite and senior leadership searches with leading UK and global clients
- Mapping markets and identifying high-calibre talent across defined sectors
- Building longlists and developing a clear view of how organisations and leadership teams are structured
- Engaging senior candidates and building relationships over time
- Preparing research packs, candidate summaries, and market intelligence
- Working closely with Consultants to deliver searches to a high standard
