Qurated are looking for ambitious trainees to join our rapidly growing challenger consultancy and executive search firm. With some experience post‑graduation, you’ll now be keen to start your career, either transitioning from another field or as a first step into the commercial world.
Starting as an Analyst in the consultancy arm of our business, your role will centre around building relationships with candidates, either recruiting for live projects, pipelining for bids, or expanding our network more generally.
Through structured training and support, you’ll gain a broad understanding of our business, clients, and services and develop the skills needed to progress into one of four key areas: Consultancy, Sales, Recruitment, or People Engagement. This is a fast‑paced role where you’ll learn quickly and develop essential skills to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Building commercial knowledge through training, networking, recruiting for live projects and supporting with bids.
- Researching market trends, company structures, and hiring patterns.
- Developing relationships with senior professionals to understand their experience, drivers, motivations and fit for clients.
- Supporting research and delivery on projects and client mandates.
- Sharing market insights and intelligence from candidate conversations to support Consultants internally.
- Attending Qurated events and industry events to grow your network and learn fast.
Where can this lead?
- After training, you’ll be set up with the skills to begin to transition into one of four areas based on your strengths, interests and business needs:
- Sales: focused on building and developing commercial relationships.
- Consulting: delivering outcome‑based work for clients with a clear return.
- Recruitment: leading on senior talent delivery and managing hiring processes.
- People Engagement (PMO): managing project delivery, consultant experience, and client satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- At least a 2:1 degree or equivalent with extra‑curricular achievements that show your drive.
- Some post‑uni experience (grad scheme, industry role, or other relevant work).
- Clear examples of resilience and desire to excel through work, sport, or personal projects.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn fast, and a proactive mindset.
- Good communicator, comfortable engaging with senior professionals.
